Acces settings

You can setup users with a name and a password and many other features and organize your users into groups that each has a completely customizable access profile. You can also set how many times the same user can be in the system simultaneously, set the minimum length of the password, the number of days it takes for the password to expire, the next expiration date (that could be later than the number of days for the password to expire). You can also set here how many times you must change your password before you can use the same password again. If the password is going to expire the user will be notified at login. The number of days in advance of expiring that the user will start to get notification is entered here also. Each user has a unique set of access settings and per screen and per function you can set the access of a user. In a handy graphical screen you set complicated access settings per user or user group in a few clicks.
