Actual ingredients cost of formulas
These are reports of the produced formula batches. It shows the
actual cost of the ingredients based upon the real cost as saved
with the ingredient batches when they were received.
Actual packaging cost of finished products
These are reports of the produced finished products batches. It
shows the actual cost of the packaging materials used based upon the real cost as saved with the ingredient batches when
they were received.
Estimated
ingredient cost of finished products
These are reports of the finished products with the estimated
ingredients costs. These costs are based upon a calculation with
the average ingredients costs in the raw
materials list.
Estimated
ingredients cost of formulas
These are reports of the formulas with the estimated ingredients
costs. These costs are based upon a calculation with the average
ingredients costs in the raw
materials list. It will look at the amount of units that a
full formula batch will produce of this Finished product, and the average cost of the
ingredients used for the formula.
Estimated
packaging cost of finished products
These
are reports of the finished products with the estimated
packaging costs. These costs are based upon a calculation with
the average materials costs in the raw
materials list.
Estimated
profit margins
These
are reports of the finished products with the profit
margins. The costs used are the total costs per unit as in the
finished products table using all cost factors of the finished
product. These cost factors are set in finished
product data entry screen. The ingredients cost and the
packaging material cost are both based upon calculations.
The calculation
of the packaging materials is based upon the average cost of
packaging materials and the amount of them used per unit of the
finished product. The calculation of the
ingredients is based upon the amount of units that a full
formula batch will produce of this Finished product, and the average cost of the
ingredients used for the formula.
Estimated
total cost of finished products
These
are reports of the finished products with the total
estimated cost. The costs are the total costs per unit as in the
finished products table using all cost factors of the finished
product. The ingredients cost and the
packaging material cost are both based upon calculations.
The calculation
of the packaging materials is based upon the average cost of
packaging materials and the amount of them used per unit of the
finished product. The calculation of the
ingredients is based upon the amount of units that a full
formula batch will produce of this Finished product, and the average cost of the
ingredients used for the formula.

Economic
order quantities
These
are reports on the Economic Order Quantities for the raw
materials (EOQ).
Running this
report will update the current suggested EOQ
as seen in the Data entry screen of
raw materials and display the result in a list.
Inventory of
raw material batches
These
are reports on the batches of raw materials on stock and
their individual inventory.
Raw material
usage
These
are reports on the usage of raw materials.
Raw
materials on order
These
are reports on the raw materials that have an order amount
filled out. Since the on order amount is taken into
consideration by the Economic Order Quantity report it is
important to see all materials that have an on order amount in
one report here.

materials with total inventory
These
are reports on the total inventory of raw materials.

These
are reports on the finished products produced.
Formulas
produced
These
are reports on the formula batches produced.
Production
efficiency report
This report
will show the production per period or per finished product
expressed in the amount of money the production represents. You
must enter a 100% efficiency amount (average per month) so the
report can show an efficiency quotient per period and per
finished product.
The quotient
can have as calculation basis the sales value of the production
or the estimated gross margin value of the production.
Production
personnel
These
are reports on the personnel involved in production of
formula batches that have been posted already.
Production
times
This report
will show the selected production batches with the production
times per phase plus the total production time in minutes.
Schedule
These
are reports of the currently scheduled production batches
in order of scheduled date and time.

System
reports
Email
reports
You
can setup emails to be sent automatically at specified dates and
times. These emails have attachments that are reports from the
program. The terminal that is set to be the email
sender will check every 30 minutes if there are reports to
generate and if so will generate and send them immediately. For
the sending of the emails the program only needs an internet
connection.
