		Scheduling The graphical scheduling module shows you in an easy way all the aspect of the scheduled production batches. The management can use this screen to get a quick overview on the progress of production and also on what is still scheduled for the coming days, weeks or months. Colored bars indicate how far a batch is done. The production manager will use the scheduler to schedule the personnel or to select the ingredients from the ingredients charges. Inventory of ingredients is immediately adjusted as ingredients are added, but there is also the option to report the inventory without taking scheduled (not ready) production batches into consideration. Schedule for personnel and production Personnel are scheduled for the production batches with different functions and for different production steps. Each employee has default settings that normally don't change so the process is mostly a one-click selection. The production steps length automatically sets the work schedule for the employee. This can also be shown graphically. Schedule for ingredients All ingredients that are available are numbered and the program prints bar coded labels for the containers. When the ingredients are released for usage in production batches they can be added to the batches in this screen. With a barcode reader the ingredient number is read and automatically the program enters the correct amount (which can be changed by the user if necessary). This is a very easy and fast process and the program catches any mistakes if for instance the barcode reader reads the wrong ingredient. Without a barcode reader the number can also be typed in manually.  The result of the quality control tests done on the products are also entered in the scheduler screen as well as the finished products and the amounts of finished products made with the formula batches.
